Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 doz. eggs, scrambled with milk, salt and pepper, 1 box cheddar cheese and garlic croutons, 2 c. mild cheddar or american cheese, 1 tube pork sausage and 1 c. diced ham, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cover bottom with croutons and cover with scrambled egg mixture.
Crumble cooked sausage and sprinkle over top.
Pour a little egg mixture over top and sprinkle cheese,ham, onion and green pepper over top. Pour egg mixture on top and sprinkle cheese and bacon bits on top. Bake at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
