Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices white bread, remove crusts and cut into 1-inch cubes, 1 c. american cheese, grated, 2 to 3 c. cooked ham, diced, 6 to 8 eggs and 1 3/4 to 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place half of bread cubes in buttered 9 x 14-inch pan.
Cover with ham and cheese.
Then with remaining bread cubes.
Combine eggs, milk and salt.
Beat and pour over bread.
Drizzle melted oleo on top.
Refrigerate at least 12 to 24 hours.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes, uncover and bake 15 minutes longer until done.
