Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork sausage, 1 loaf french or italian bread, sliced, 3 c. milk, 6 to 8 eggs and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook sausage and drain off grease.
Slice bread 1/2-inch thick.
Line bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish, greased.
Lay bread in dish and sprinkle sausage over top.
Reserve about 1/4 to sprinkle on top.
Beat eggs and milk.
Pour over sausage.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Lay cheese on top and rest of sausage and bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
