Breakfast Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. browned bulk sausage, 4 eggs, beaten, 3 c. milk, 1 c. bisquick mix and 2 c. shredded cheese (mild cheddar preferred), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown the sausage and set aside.
Beat eggs.
Add milk; stir. Add Bisquick (dry) and stir.
Add cheese.
Stir in browned sausage.
Pour into buttered 8 x 11-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until golden brown and solid.
Cut into squares and serve hot.
