Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. seasoned croutons, 1 1/2 lb. sausage, fried, 4 eggs, beaten, 2 1/4 c. milk and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Spread croutons in 9 x 13-inch lightly greased pan.
Cook sausage and cover croutons with it.
Mix eggs, milk, soup, mushrooms and mustard together and pour over croutons and sausage. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Remove; let stand 30 minutes before putting in oven.
Bake at 325Β° for 50 to 55 minutes, uncovered.
Add cheese and cook 5 more minutes.
