Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 slices bread, 2 c. cooked meat, 4 oz. mushrooms, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cut bread in cubes and place in a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
Spread meat (ham, sausage or bacon) and mushrooms over bread.
Mix the salt, mustard pepper, eggs and milk together and pour over bread and meat.
Grate and top casserole with cheese.
Bake 1 hr. at 325 degrees.
