Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 eggs, 3 c. milk, 9 slices bread, crumbled, salt and pepper to taste and 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease 9 x 13-inch casserole pan.
Layer bottom of pan with 1/2 package hash browns.
Place bread on top.
Next ham chunks.
Beat eggs and milk together and pour over layers.
Sprinkle remainder of hash browns and top with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Allow to set for 10 minutes.
