Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 to 12 slices bread, decrusted and cubed, 1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham, crumbled, 12 oz. mild cheddar, grated, 6 eggs and 2 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Pam a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Place bread on bottom in a single layer.
Sprinkle meat, then cheese over bread.
Mix eggs, milk and seasonings.
Pour over casserole.
Blend cornflakes and margarine and spread over top of casserole.
Let stand in fridge overnight. Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
