Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices loaf bread, cut off crusts and butter on both sides, 1 lb. browned sausage, drained, 6 eggs, beaten, 1 pt. half and half and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put the bread in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle the sausage over the bread.
Beat the eggs.
Mix the eggs, half and half, cheese, salt and pepper.
Pour over the sausage that is sprinkled on the bread.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
Let stand 15 minutes before baking at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until firm and brown.
