Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can crescent rolls, 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained, 6 large eggs, beaten, 1/4 c. chopped onion and 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Thaw potatoes and pat dry.
Spread rolls on the bottom and up the sides of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer sausage, half of eggs, onion, pepper and then other half of eggs. Put cheese on top.
Bake for 50 or 60 minutes.
