Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sausage (hot or mild), 8 1/2 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 9 eggs, 2 c. milk and 3 slices bread, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown sausage and drain.
Spread crumbled sausage on bottom of 2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the bread crumbs.
Mix the eggs and milk together and pour over the mixture. Cover the casserole and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
It will keep 48 hours before baking.
Put in cold oven at 350Β° and bake for 40 minutes.
Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
Yields 8 servings.
