Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. seasoned croutons, 1 1/2 lb. breakfast sausage, 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, 4 eggs and 2 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sprinkle croutons in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Brown and drain sausage; sprinkle over croutons.
Add grated Cheddar cheese and put over sausage.
Beat eggs with 2 cups milk.
Pour over top and refrigerate overnight.
Mix mushroom soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
