Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground sausage, cooked and drained, 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, 4 eggs, 1 c. milk and 8 slices bread, crust trimmed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place 4 slices of bread in bottom of casserole dish.
Sprinkle cooked sausage on top of bread, then cheese.
Place the last 4 slices of bread on top of cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.
Pour egg mixture over casserole.
Cover and set in refrigerator overnight.
