Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 5 slices bread, broken in pieces, 1 c. milk, 1 c. cheese (plus) and 4 to 5 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Fry sausage until done.
Drain well.
Beat eggs.
Add eggs, milk, cheese and bread (which has been broken into pieces) with sausage and mix well.
Pour into casserole dish.
Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
If you use glass dish, bake at 325°.
Also sprinkle more cheese on top of mixture.
