Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with bread slices (enough to cover baking dish), 1 lb. sausage, 4 eggs, 1 tsp. dry mustard and 2 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Arrange bread slices in greased baking dish. Cover bread with browned, drained sausage.
Mix together beaten eggs, mustard and milk.
Pour over sausage.
Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with undiluted soup.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
