Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices white bread, crusts trimmed and cut into cubes, 1 lb. cheddar cheese, cubed, fresh broccoli, cut into small pieces, fresh cauliflower, cut into small pieces and 1 doz. eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place bread, cheese, broccoli, cauliflower and ham (if desired) into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together until blended.
Pour mixture over ingredients in pan. Spoon soup over top of ingredients and spread it so that it covers them.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, uncover and bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Serve with breads and fruit.
Great for breakfast and brunch guests.
