Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices cubed bread, 3/4 lb. grated sharp cheese, 4 eggs, 2 1/2 c. milk and 3/4 tbsp. mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place bread in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix eggs, milk, sausage and mustard.
Pour over bread.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
Next morning, mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup with a small amount of milk.
Drain 1 can mushrooms.
Pour over rest.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300Β°.
Can use ham instead of sausage.
