Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 eggs, 1/2 c. milk, 1 lb. sausage, 1 lb. frozen hash browns and picante sauce (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook sausage in large skillet until browned.
Add hash browns and cook until tender.
While cooking, beat together eggs and milk.
Add to sausage/hash brown mixture.
Cook until eggs are set (almost done).
Put in 4 ounces of cheese and cook until melted. Pour mixture into a sprayed 8 x 8-inch glass dish.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes or until done.
Serve with picante sauce (if desired).
