Breakfast Burritos
Breakfast Burritos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 (6-inch) flour tortillas, 2 c. frozen egg substitute, 1/4 c. water, 3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. taco sauce and 2 tbsp. peppers, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine egg, water, 2 tablespoons taco sauce, peppers, salt and pepper.
Coat nonstick skillet with Pam.
Cook egg mixture in skillet, stirring frequently.
Warm tortillas.
Top each tortilla with 1 tablespoon taco sauce and cheese along with eggs.
Place seam-side down on platter.
Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Serves 6.
