Breakfast Blintz Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 doz. frozen cheese blintzes, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 cube butter and 1 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
👨🍳 Instructions
Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Put frozen blintzes in dish and coat well with butter.
Mix remaining ingredients with electric mixer and pour over blintzes.
