Breakfast Biscuits
Breakfast Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flaky biscuits, 6 eggs, 1/2 lb. sausage, shredded cheddar cheese and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease muffin pan or spray with Pam cooking spray.
Spread biscuits on bottom and side of muffin pan to form cups.
Crumble and brown sausage; drain grease.
In separate pan, scramble eggs until almost done.
Add sausage and scramble until done.
Divide egg and sausage mix into biscuit cups and top with cheese.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until biscuits are done.
These are good to freeze and microwave later.
