Breakfast Bake
Breakfast Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk sausage, 2 slices bread, cubed, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, 6 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Crumble sausage in medium-sized heavy skillet and cook over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally.
Drain well. Spread bread cubes in a buttered 12 x8 x 2-inch baking dish and top with sausage and cheese.
Combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Beat well and pour over cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
Serves 6 to 8.
