Break-Away Bread
Break-Away Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~), 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. shortening and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dissolve yeast in warm water; let stand 5 minutes.
Combine boiling water and shortening in a large mixing bowl.
Beat with a wire whisk until shortening dissolves.
Add sugar, eggs, salt and yeast mixture; mix well.

Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
