Breaded Mushrooms
Breaded Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with fresh mushrooms, all-purpose white flour, butter or margarine and soy sauce to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut mushrooms in half; disregard stems (optional).
Wash mushrooms and place in a bowl.
Coat all mushrooms with flour until covered. Melt margarine in frying pan, then add mushrooms. (You will need enough margarine to keep the mushrooms moist while frying.)
Fry the mushrooms until browned and add soy sauce to taste.
Empty the mushrooms into a microwave dish and cook on High for approximately 5 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
