Breaded Chicken
Breaded Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. boneless chicken breast fillets, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. pepperidge farm breadcrumbs, 1 stick margarine, melted and 1/4 c. cooking wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix wine with cream of chicken soup; set aside.
Mix margarine with bread crumbs; set aside.
Dip chicken pieces into soup mixture, then roll in the crumbs.
