Bread Sticks
Bread Sticks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. warm water, 1/2 c. oil, 2 pkg. dry yeast, 4 tsp. garlic powder and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add oil, salt and beaten egg. Add 3 cups flour.
Make a well with rest of flour and add yeast mixture.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Add more flour, if needed.
Let rise until double in bulk and punch down.
Pinch off pieces and roll about the size of your finger.
Put on cookie sheet and bake at 325Β° until brown.
Do not let rise again. Sprinkle with garlic salt and oil after baked.
