Bread Salad

Made with 1 large loaf sliced white sandwich bread, 1 large onion, finely chopped, 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped, 1 c. finely chopped celery and 1 (7 oz.) can crab and 2 cans shrimp or substitute 2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut crusts from bread.
Spread bread lightly with butter; cut into small cubes.
Add onion and eggs; refrigerate overnight.
Add the remaining ingredients in the morning and chill 3 to 4 hours. Garnish with cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.
