Bread Pudding(Microwave)
Bread Pudding(Microwave) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. broken bread pieces, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. raisins or 1 small apple, cored and chopped and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In microwave-safe dish, put the bread pieces.
Mix sugar, salt and raisins or apples.
Toss with bread; set aside.
In a 4-cup microwave-safe measuring cup or bowl, put milk and margarine. Microwave at High for 4 minutes.
Add eggs to hot milk and stir. Pour over bread mixture.
Microwave on Medium for 9 to 12 minutes. Can also add cinnamon and/or nutmeg.
