Bread Pudding(Fat-Free)
Bread Pudding(Fat-Free) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. skimmed milk, 1/2 c. sugar, 4 oz. egg substitute, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large bowl, combine milk, sugar, egg substitute, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
Stir in bread cubes and pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with a no-stick cooking spray.
Place baking dish into a pan of water 1-inch deep. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
Serves 4.
Less than 1/2 gram fat per serving.
