Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. cubed leftover bread (day-old sweet buns or even danish will do), 1 qt. scalded milk, 1/2 c. raisins, 4 oz. melted butter and 6 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put the bread cubes in a large bowl along with raisins and cover with the scalded milk.
Meanwhile, melt the butter; beat the eggs, then add the ingredients to the bowl along with the sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Pour into a suitable baking dish, then put that in a large pan and add enough hot water to reach up the outer sides of the baking dish.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
Serve warm with Lemon Sauce.
