Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. dry bread cubes, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 4 slightly beaten eggs and 4 c. scalded milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Soak bread in milk for 5 minutes.
Add sugar, butter and salt.
Pour mixture slowly over eggs.
Add vanilla; mix well.
Add 1/2 cup raisins, if desired.
Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Bake in pan of hot water for about 1 hour, or until firm.
Serve warm.
