Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf bread, 4 c. milk, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. sugar and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat the milk in a pot with the 1/2 cup of butter until the butter is melted.
Put eggs in a bowl and mix. Add to the milk in the pot the sugar, eggs and the cinnamon.
Break into small pieces the loaf of bread in a 9 x 12-inch pan. Pour the mixture from the pot over the bread and mix.
Bake at 325Β° until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
