Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. dark brown sugar, 2 tbsp. butter, 3 eggs, 1/8 tsp. salt and 3 slices bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place sugar in top of double boiler.
Butter the bread, then dice and sprinkle buttered bread over the brown sugar in double boiler.
Add raisins.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and vanilla together. Pour over bread.
Do not stir.
Place over simmering water and cook for 1 hour; the brown sugar will form a sauce.
Serve warm or cold.
Turn onto serving plate to serve.
