Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. bread cubes, 1 c. raisins, 1 qt. milk, scalded, 1/4 c. butter or margarine and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place milk and butter in a buttered baking casserole dish and scald in microwave.
Add beaten eggs, sugar and salt.
Next, add bread cubes and raisins.
Mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes until set.
Test by inserting a paring knife.
When knife comes out clean, pudding is done.
Chill in refrigerator.
Serve topped with lemon sauce.
