Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. bread, cubed, 3 c. milk, 1/4 c. sugar, 4 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put milk and bread in pan and heat.
Beat eggs until light. Add sugar, vanilla, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Beat well.
Add to cooled bread and milk.
Lightly stir in apples and raisins if desired.
Pour into buttered casserole dish and place in pan of hot water.
Bake at 325° to 350° for 1 hour until light brown.
