Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. loaf french bread, 1 qt. milk, 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Break bread into small chunks and put in a large bowl.
Add milk and let soak for about 10 minutes.
Crush with hands until blended.
Add eggs, sugar, raisins and vanilla.
Pour margarine into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Spoon pudding mixture into pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 or more minutes, until pudding is firm.
Let cool, then cut into squares.
Spoon Whiskey Sauce over individual servings.
Yields 12 to 15 servings.
