Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. raisins, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Toast bread and spread with margarine while hot.
Arrange bread in a buttered baking pan.
Sprinkle with nuts and raisins. Stir salt and all but 2 tablespoons of sugar with the eggs.
Add milk and stir to mix well.
Pour over toast; let stand 10 minutes. Mix cinnamon with the remaining sugar and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
