Peel and slice cucumbers.
Cover over top with salt.
Let stand 1 hour.
Wash salt off cucumbers.
Put cucumbers, onions and peppers in syrup made of the sugar, vinegar, mustard and turmeric.
Heat to boiling.
Put in jars and seal.
Makes 6 pints.
