Bread
Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 9 c. flour, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp. salt, 3/4 cake yeast (not dry) and 1/4 c. liquid oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Put flour in pan plus sugar and salt.
Sprinkle yeast on flour.
While in sticky stage, add oil.
Knead on table (floured) about 1/2 hour.
Grease a pan about 3 times larger than the dough.
Place dough in the pan.
Cover and let rise about 2 to 3 hours.
Grease bread pans.
Form the dough; place in bread pans.
Let rise again 1 to 2 hours.
Bake at 375Β° until nicely browned.
