Brazilian Cocoa
Brazilian Cocoa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 oz. chocolate, 3 to 4 tbsp. granulated sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 c. boiling water and 1 1/2 c. each: hot milk and hot coffee, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In top of double boiler, combine chocolate, sugar and salt. Stir in water.
Over simmering water, heat until chocolate is melted.
Stir in milk and coffee.
Add nutmeg.
Top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle with instant coffee.
