Brandy Velvet
Brandy Velvet is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. brandy, 1/4 c. strong cold coffee, 1/4 c. chocolate syrup, 1 qt. coffee ice cream and additional chocolate syrup for topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine brandy, coffee and 1/4 cup chocolate syrup.
Put in blender with ice cream and whirl until just blended.
Pour in tall glasses.
Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
Top with additional chocolate syrup.
If desired, turn mixture into pan and freeze.
