Bran Refrigerator Rolls
Bran Refrigerator Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 c. all-bran, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix yeast in lukewarm water and let set 15 minutes.
Put shortening, sugar, all-bran and salt in a large bowl.
Add boiling water and stir well.
Let cool.
Add beaten eggs and yeast.
Add 3 to 4 cups flour.
Beat with an electric beater until velvety. Add remaining flour to make a soft dough.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight or until ready to use. Will keep 2 or 3 days.
