Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 qt. buttermilk and 5 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a very large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs; then gradually add buttermilk and flour, stirring until smooth.
Add water and soda.
By hand, add bran flakes and All-Bran.
Batter will refrigerate for up to 6 weeks, if you want to bake a few each day.
Bake in 1/2 full muffin tins at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
Yields 6 dozen.
