Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) box raisin bran, 1 c. salad oil, 4 eggs, 4 tsp. baking soda and 5 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix dry ingredients; add oil.
Mix buttermilk and eggs.
Store in refrigerator, covered.
Will keep 8 weeks in refrigerator. When filling muffin tins, just spoon into pans.
Do not stir. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400Β°.
Lightly grease muffin pans or spray with Pam.
Makes 48 muffins.
