Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 oz. (3 1/2 c.) raisin bran, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 2 1/2 c. flour, 2 1/2 tsp. soda and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place sugar, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl; blend.
Stir in Raisin Bran. Stir in by hand the oil, eggs and buttermilk. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes. Bake what you need and keep the rest in covered bowl in refrigerator. Spoon out as needed. Do not stir batter if you refrigerate it.
Keeps 6 weeks.
