Bourbon Pecan Pie
Bourbon Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9 or 10-inch) pie crust, 1/3 c. bourbon, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. margarine and 3 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Toss pecans and bourbon until coated; let stand 1 hour, until most of the bourbon is absorbed.
Heat oven to 325Β°.
Mix brown sugar and flour; beat in margarine until creamy.
Beat in corn syrup, eggs and salt; stir in pecan mixture.
Pour into pie shell. Cover edge with 1/2-inch aluminum foil strip to prevent excessive browning.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil last 15 minutes.
