Bourbon Franks
Bourbon Franks is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 48 minutes. Made with (14 oz.) bottle catsup, c. bourbon, c. dark brown sugar and (8 oz. each) pkg. mini cocktail franks or 2 (16 oz. each) pkg. franks, cut into 1-inch cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large saucepan, mix all ingredients, except franks.
Cover and simmer at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
(Can be made ahead to this point.
Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Reheat sauce until hot.)
Add franks and simmer until heated through (about 5 to 10 minutes).
