Bourbon Bonbons
Bourbon Bonbons is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, softened, 1 1/2 tbsp. milk, 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans, 1/3 c. plus 2 tsp. bourbon and 7 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine butter, bourbon and milk.
Add sugar and knead until mixture is blended and does not stick to hands.
Knead in pecans. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Shape into 1-inch balls; freeze.
Dip each ball of candy into melted chocolate pieces.
Place on wax paper to cool.
Store in refrigerator.
Yield: 6 dozen.
