Bourbon Balls
Bourbon Balls is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with boxes confectioners sugar, c. good kentucky bourbon, c. milk, blocks semi-sweet chocolate and cake paraffin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream sugar and butter; add bourbon and milk.
Mix until smooth.
In double boiler, mix in semi-sweet chocolate pieces and paraffin until melted.
Roll candy mixture into ball (put a pecan in the center); dip ball in chocolate mixture.
Place another pecan atop the chocolate ball.
Let dry on waxed paper. Refrigerate.
