Bourbon Baked Beans
Bourbon Baked Beans is an easy dinner. Made with 3 cans baked beans (about 16 oz. each), 1/4 c. bourbon whiskey, 1/4 c. strong coffee and 5 pineapple slices, cut in half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
About 3 hours before serving time, empty beans into a 2-quart casserole.
Stir in bourbon and coffee.
Cover and let stand at room temperature.
About 1 1/4 hours before serving time, remove cover.
Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour.
Remove casserole from oven and arrange pineapple around edge of beans.
Return to oven and bake about 15 minutes.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
